Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only accepted under the following circumstances:
The product has a factory defect or manufacturing issue.
An incorrect color or size was sent.
There was an error made by Onthefieldjersey during order processing or fulfillment.
All returned or exchanged products must be in brand-new, unused, and unworn condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Items that are found to be worn, washed, used, stained, or missing original tags will be sent back to the customer at their expense, and no refund or replacement will be issued.
Please note: Customized or personalized jerseys cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrect due to our error.
When returning a product, the customer is responsible for the return shipment.
We strongly recommend obtaining a tracking number from your courier, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.
Customers must contact us by email within 3 days of receiving their order if they wish to request an exchange.
All sales are considered final, so please double-check product details and ask any questions before completing your purchase to avoid issues.
Refund Policy
Refund requests will only be accepted under the exchange terms stated above.
To process a refund or exchange, please provide clear photos or videos showing the product defect and email them to our customer service team for verification.
Refunds will not be issued for reasons outside the above conditions.
If there is a malicious refusal to pay or fraudulent dispute, we reserve the right to retain all relevant evidence and pursue legal action to protect our rights.
